The Club
Rowing is more than a sport; it's a lifelong community. Steel City Rowing Club welcomes people of diverse backgrounds to grow with us as athletes, leaders, and stewards of our region's beautiful rivers. Steel City prizes the one-on-one relationships we build with individuals, and the bonds we build with local and national partners.
We prepare our rowers to succeed, both on the water and in life. The Club has a rich history, founded in the tradition of rowing as community. Our athletes are national and international champions, with gold medals at national and international events. College coaches recognize Steel City Rowing Club as one of the best places in the U.S. from which to recruit.
